How do I redeem the cash prizes I’ve won in prize bags?

Your prize bag winnings are reflected in the "My cash" section of your account on simplycodes.com or the mobile app.

Please note: cash withdrawals are only available for users who have a U.S. verified PayPal account or have passed U.S. Plaid verification. You must have a minimum amount of $10.00 USD to be able to redeem, and you can choose between redeeming via PayPal ($0.25 cent fee) or Bitpay (network fee).

To redeem your earnings, simply:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the app or website.
  2. Navigate to the "My cash" section.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to redeem. Note: minimum is $10
  4. Select your preferred deposit destination, PayPal or Bitcoin
  5. Click "continue" and follow the remaining prompts to redeem
