I made a purchase through SimplyCodes and I’m not seeing the tokens reflected in my account. What should I do?
Please keep in mind that in order to receive tokens for a purchase, you must either click a code copy button or hit the "Earn $1 in rewards" button on the extension prior to checkout.
If you still did not receive your tokens, please file a missing tokens report. Include a screenshot or receipt of your purchase so we can make sure your tokens are credited to your account.
